Cancellation Policy – Wonder Van

At Wonder Van, we understand that unforeseen events may occur and plans can change. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience to our clients while maintaining the quality of our services and the sustainability of our operations. For this reason, we apply the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations by the Client

More than 30 days before the service date:
✅ Full refund of the amount paid OR full credit for use toward another Wonder Van service.

Between 15 and 30 days before the service date:
✅ 50% refund of the amount paid OR full credit for a new date (subject to availability).

Less than 15 days before the service date:
✅ No refund, but a credit of 50% of the amount paid may be issued for future use.

No-show (failure to appear on the day of the service):
✅ No refund or credit will be provided.

Withdrawal during the service:
✅ No refund or credit will be provided.

Bookings made through external platforms (OTAs) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective platforms and must be handled directly with them.

Changes to the Booking

Changes in the number of participants can be made up to 30 days before the service date, subject to availability and price adjustments.
If the change results in a reduction of participants, the amount paid per person will follow the terms of the cancellation policy, and administrative fees or a minimum fixed charge per service may apply to cover operational costs.
Date changes can be made up to 30 days before the scheduled service, subject to availability.

Cancellations by Wonder Van

Wonder Van may cancel a service due to external factors such as:

• Extreme weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the experience.

• Unforeseen operational or logistical issues.

• Force majeure events (e.g., pandemic, government restrictions).

In these situations, the client may choose from the following options:
✅ Full refund of the amount paid.
✅ Full credit for a new date.
✅ Exchange for another equivalent service, subject to availability.

If the service has already started and must be interrupted, a partial refund proportional to the unused time may be granted.

Special Conditions for Groups and Private Events

Deposit to confirm the booking:
For large groups (over 10 participants), a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount may be requested at the time of booking.

Final payment:
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the service date.

Cancellation Request Process

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [email protected], including the booking number.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued through the same payment method used for the original booking.
